This wire has exceptional strength at elevated temperatures and is the highest performing hot cutting wire we offer. It is used on production lines cutting foam polystyrene (EPS), thermal laminate materials etc. It has an excellent track record for working continuously and on oscillating cutting frames.
To achieve the best cut, adjust the temperature and cutting speed. The material type and it's density will influence the cutting speed.
