This Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy tolerates high
temperatures
and gives a design freedom in areas where weld geometry
makes
excessive heat build-up unavoidable. Resistance to general
and localised corrosion and stress corrosion cracking is
generally similar
to Hastelloy C-276.
